October 2008

On October 11, the gravel trail from Crittenden Creek west around the treatment plant was completed. This important section where horseback riders cross Crittenden Creek and where all trail users come together for a short distance is now covered with smooth fine limestone screenings. In addition, rip-rap was placed along the uphill side of most of this section and at the equestrian creek crossing to prevent erosion.
